Boot Camps are group exercise classes that incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, calisthenics, running, obstacle courses and core strengthening to whip your body into shape. While many boot camps exist, the Body Focus Boot Camp is unique.  First, there's the variety.  Participants who have been doing it for months have yet to do the same workout twice.  And it's not variation for the sake of variation; you'll follow a programmed protocol that is designed to maximize your efforts. Second, we start with the assumption that everyone is an athlete, whether they realize it or not, and we train you accordingly.  If you think about it, an athlete wants to be lean, strong and highly functional, pretty much the same goals as the rest of us.  The Body Focus Boot Camp is designed to develop those aspects of fitness in manner that is apppropriate for practically any one.  People of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels have reaped the benefits of the program.
