This is not an aerobics class!  Nor is it like any other group fitness class at your local helath club.  This is a serious workout, designed to train you like an athlete.  Training your body the way it works, as a unit and not as a assemblage of body parts is the key to getting maximum results.  No matter what your current level of fitness, the workout can be scaled to suit you and your abilities.  The primary tool of the FFIT System is the Russian Kettlebell.  This, along with dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight exercises will be used to perform "weighted cardio", allowing one to get stronger, leaner and more cardiovascularly fit all at the same time.  Best of all, this routine leaves your body in a state of "afterburn", meaning that for hours after your workout, you will still burn calories at an elevated rate.  An hour on the treadmill won't do that for you.
