Hybrid Barbell


Olympic weightlifting, powerlifitng and bodybuilding are distinctly different forms of weight training.  To break it down simply, Olympic weightlifting is for maximun power, powerlifting is for maximum strength and bodybuilding is for maximum size. What if there was a way to combine those three benefits into one program?  Enter Hybrid Barbell.  The program employs the "big lifts" from weightlifting (the clean and the snatch) and powerlifting (deadlift, bench press, squat) and combines them with bodybuilding-based isolation and mass building movements to create a physique that is ready for anything.
