Air Assault Cross Training
Not your average spin or boot camp class. Based on the unique qualities of the Schwinn Airdyne cycle and the Concept 2 rower you'll mix high intensity cardio with full body resistance training to give you a workout like no other.

  • The Schwinn Airdyne is a fan based "progressive resistance" machine, meaning that the harder you pedal the higher the resistance
  • Rowing is known to be one of the best workouts for developing full body strength endurance
  • Full Body movements are performed with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and body weight exercises.
  • The workout is a form of metabolic conditioning, which literally improves your fitness at the cellular level.
